Original Impressions (OI), a full service marketing communications company, owned and operated by Postal Center International (PCI), the largest, state-of-the-art transactional printer, postal and mail processing service organization, today announced the successful completion of the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2, Type II Audit. Conducted by Berkowitz Dick Pollack & Brant, a leading certified public accounting firm, the audit affirms the Company maintained exceptionally high standards in its security, availability and confidentiality of client-sensitive information in 2017.

“This certification is the next phase in our commitment to information security and regulatory compliance for handling data entrusted to us by our clients,” said Ismael Diaz, president, Postal Center International. “It is also a critical component of our broader, multi-year strategic plan that has aggressive growth levers in place that will help push our business forward and further strengthen our position as the leader in print, mail and marketing.”

The Service Organization Control (SOC) 2, Type II examination demonstrates that the Company has audited controls in place and that the effectiveness of those controls were verified for the calendar year 2017.

“This high-level certification complements our broader, flexible and reliable technology strategy that plays a key role in the integration and optimization of the critical systems that make our business operate,” said Brian McGrath, chief information officer, Postal Center International. “These additions, while helping to meet our current needs, help plan for seamless technology add-ons that place our clients and, the business they entrust with us, at the forefront of all that we do.”
