Tom Roberts, Senior VP of Client Experience

Thomas (Tom) Roberts is Senior Vice President, Client Experience, of Postal Center International (PCI), a leading print, mail, and marketing solutions provider. Tom is a seasoned and accomplished business leader skilled in sales, marketing, and client services. He is also a member of PCI’s executive leadership team.

In his role, Tom is responsible for directing marketing, sales, and client service activities. His focus is on increasing brand awareness, expanding our presence, and providing effective solutions to all our clients and prospects. In partnership with the PCI executive leadership team, Tom helps set the course for long-term growth across the organization and lays the foundation for outperformance through enterprise-wide sales and marketing campaigns that drive brand affinity while building an innovative portfolio.

Prior to PCI, Tom held several positions with increasing responsibility at Pitney Bowes. As Vice President, Inside and Web Sales for North America, he was responsible for the sales and retention of more than 90% of the North American customer base through the leadership of more than 300 team members throughout the region. During his time there, he established a world-class inside and web sales organization through the development and implementation of strategies focused on value-added, cross-sell, customer solutions, activity, pipeline management, and channel optimization. Prior to taking over North America’s e-commerce program, he was responsible for the Southeast region, including FL, for over 12 years.

With more than 20 years of experience, Thomas Robert’s success lies in his ability to provide customer-focused sales and marketing counsel with strategies that drive long-term growth. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
