Ismael Diaz, President & CEO

Since 2006, Ismael is the President & CEO of Postal Center International – PCI, a certified minority-owned business and one of the largest, mail, print, fulfillment, signs, packaging, promotional & marketing solutions’ provider, nationwide. Its family of brands includes Miami-based Original Impressions (OI) and Arrowmail. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s operations for more than 470 associates and annual sales in excess of $400 million throughout 500k sq feet of footprint across four facilities. PCI’s fast-paced growth rate is the result of Ismael’s leadership, vision and innovative management style, which has been bringing PCI consecutive awards and recognitions over the years (e.g., Top Presidents list by the South Florida Business Journal, #1 2023 Business of the Year, Top Commercial Printers list, Top Private Companies list, Fastest Growing Companies list, all by South Florida Business Journal and Biggest Printers in the United States list by Printing Impressions for 4 consecutive years).

Under Diaz’s leadership, PCI has seen tremendous growth over the last 17 years. During his tenure, he has grown the business from a robust transactional printer to a state-of-the-art, full-service print, mail, and marketing communications company that offers a fully integrated suite of solutions to large enterprise companies. Ismael’s hands-on approach to business positioned PCI as a national industry leader and a go-to company that really pushes the envelope and moves brands forward.

Prior to PCI, Diaz was responsible for Engineering Services at Johnson & Johnson, ensuring the integrity of companywide quality system documentation and electronic systems. He is a Master Black Belt in 6 Sigma and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a proven track record in lean manufacturing techniques, TQM, ISO certification process improvement, supply chain management, sales, marketing, and finance with special emphasis in regulated environments.
